Review: Nestum Cereal with milk

Hi, kalini aku nak review tentang produk baru. Eh, yeke? Baru lah jgk. Aku beli ni kat 7E, tgh promo satu botol nestum cereal + gardenia coklat RM3.30 je.

Ha inilah dia. Ada Brown rice, wheat, oat & barley yg dikisar dan dicampur dgn susu. Bagi aku SEDAP!!! 

Tapi..... untuk aku, sebabnya:



Ok! Haha, sebotol ni isipadunya sebanyak 225ml je. Teguk2 dah habis. Kalau korang jenis heavy breakfast, mebi kena beli 2 botol baru lah rasa kenyang.

Kalau nak alas perut, boleh jgk. Grab & go katekoo. 

Ok selamat mencuba!

Apa negara paling gembira di dunia 2018?

Macam tajuk kat atas, korang ni gembira ke tak? Ada satu laporan tahun 2018  World Happiness Report telah pun diterbitkan. Sumber di sini: http://worldhappiness.report/ed/2018/

Negara Malaysia di kedudukan 35 daripada 156 negara yang dilaporkan.

Nak hepi lebih sikit, pindah pegi Singapore, di kedudukan 34. Kalau tahu bahasa arab, boleh pegi Arab Saudi atau Qatar.

Senang, pindah Finland terus sebab ranking yang pertama. Korang rasa apa? Ha! btw, ukuran kegembiraan "hapiness" ni, diambil dari aspek GDP, Social Support, Healthy life expectancy, freedom to make life choices, generosity, perception of corruption, & dystopia (1.92) + residual.

Ha! xmampu, hepikan je diri sendiri dengan pelbagai cara ok!
