Celcom bakal lancar iPhone 4 - Bukankah dah terlambat?

OMG! Celcom akan lancarkan iPhone4 tak lama lagi? Bukankah dah terlambat?
Maxis telahpun melancarkan iPhone4 pada 24 September 2010! Harini adalah 23 March 2011. Telah cukup setengah tahun (6 bulan Maxis melancarkan iPhone4). Tapi, ini baru saja keratan akhbar online yg saya baca dari Harian Metro. Mungkin akan menunggu beberapa bulan lagi.

Jom tgk keratan akhbar online tersebut:

[CELCOM Axiata Berhad (Celcom), peneraju rangkaian telekomunikasi negara akan menyertai dua pesaingnya apabila buat pertama kalinya akan melancarkan telefon pintar iPhone 4 yang dilengkapi aplikasi paling inovatif di dunia, tidak lama lagi.

Dalam kenyataan ringkas yang dikeluarkan semalam, bagaimanapun syarikat itu tidak menjelaskan tarikh sebenar pelancaran, tetapi hanya memaklumkan bahawa telefon iPhone 4 itu akan dilancarkan dalam tempoh beberapa bulan yang akan datang.

Saya telah pun beli iPhone4 pada 7 November 2010. Dah guna berapa bulan? Celcom... Celcom...

Bukankah sudah terlambat? Yes, its was true "better late than never", tapi, sgt terlambat wahai Celcom. (Walaupun Celcom masih lagi saya gunakan).

Mungkin kerana banyak permintaan iPhone4 di Malaysia, barulah Celcom sedar bahawa mereka perlu melancarkan gadget tersebut.

Hmmm, mungkin ini boleh jadi pengajaran utk Celcom utk terus menyediakan gadget terbaru kepada rakyat Malaysia. Mungkin nnti iPhone5 akan dilancarkan oleh Celcom sebelum telco2 lain di Malaysia.

What is Cut the Rope? It is an interactive games on your smartphone! Each level in the game consists some obstacles like the spiders, the bubble , spikes, air cushion with one piece of candy. You can also cut the ropes by using multitouch. Your goal is to collect all stars with the piece of candy, and then get the candy into the mouth of the friendly monster that waited for the candy.

Bought an iphone4 at KLCC

Setelah sebulan beli iphone4 barulah entry ni nak di post dalam blog nih.
Kenapa? Sebab time skrg baru ada mood.

I bought an iphone4 at KLCC, selepas 3x attempts to buy this cool gadget.



Ceritanya bermula mcm nih..
Saya telahpun call customer service 1300-820-120 dan byk kredit telah ditolak semata-mata untuk tahu pasal Hotlink plan untuk iphone4 nih.

Saya mmg tak suke bil-bil nih, plus, dgn youth club, more rewards and promotions you can get with lesser price. eg: hot ticket (nnti saya ceritakan)

Lepas call byk kali and dah confirm bahawa iphone4 boleh dibeli without contract, saya pun pergilah dengan kawan-kawan n pergi sendiri untuk mendapatkan iphone4 nih.

1. Sunway Pyramid,31 oktober 2010- Promoter sgt sengal, tak tau ada hotlink plan. and very frustrated diorg ckp plan hotlink 500mb (free) mmg tak boleh, padahal ada je postpaid utk gune 250mb. Paling sengal, when I talked to them that customer service says iphone4 can be purchased with hotlink plan, they asked me to call back the customer service. Very wired n rude! kenapa diorg tak call sendiri?

After i call the customer service, the promoter passed the call to their consultant. Then the consultant tu ckp tak boleh register sbb sistem tak boleh register. (Sgt pelik Maxis Centre Sunway Pyramid tak boleh buat). Then the customer service call klcc and mid valley, diorg boleh buat pulak?

Macam-macam alasan diorg bagi n saya sgt fedup dgn promoter kat sunway pyramid tu. pulang agak hampa.


2. Klcc, 6 november 2010 - lepas search kat website, tgk operation hours adalah 10.30am. so, i walked to klcc punye maxis centre utk purchase iphone4. kat sini pun promoter tak tahu bahawa iphone4 tu boleh gune hotlink plan!. Giler sengal! siap ckp: saya tak dapat email pun yg iphone4 boleh gune dgn hotlink. yg saya tahu 3gs sahaja.


then i replied bhw kat gardens time launch ada sebut pasal hotlink package and customer service ada sebut. (again, they asked me to call the customer service, tapi saya tak call, suruh mereka call sendiri - selepas habis kredit kat sunway pyramid aritu). Saya tambah lagi bahawa kat twitter pun ada tulis and i just read yesterday.


Tetiba dia ckp dengan sapa ntah, kat counter n returned back ckp: owh, minggu lepas baru available. (alasan menipu, hahahahha nak tipu lagi?). maxis centre klcc beritahu bahawa hanya 50unit iphone4 setiap hari sahaja dijual. pelik giler!


Lepas tu dia ckp skrg dah pkl 11, mmg tak de, abang datang esok before 8.30 am. oke?
ingat maxis centre bukak pukul 10.30 am.. rupanya kat klcc bukak pukul 8.30 am setiap hari!


3. Klcc, 7 november 2010 - sampai je kat klcc around 8am, ramai giler org dah beratur. dapat nombor 41, (maxis centre belum bukak lagi) tak tau la siapa dapat no1 tu beratur dari pukul berapa. then, promoter tu ckp iphone4 tinggal 16gb je. and I choose hotlink plan tanpa pilihan iphone4 32gb. dalam pkl 12.30tengahari dapatlah saya pegang iphone4 yg dinanti-nantikan.


lihatlah pengalaman saya di maxis centre klcc 7 november 2010 lalu:

1. Ramai giler org beratur nak beli iphone4. Belom pkl 8.30am sebelum maxis centre klcc ni bukak. yg kat depan-depan tu ada lagi.
2. Menjadi org yg ke 41 yg berbaris untuk mendapatkan iphone4. Promoter iphone4 ni cakap each day hanya 50 units iphone4 sahaja akan dijual. (differ from what i get from the customer service - 100units at each maxis centre)

3. lepas dah fotostat ic etc, diorg suh gi jalan-jalan dulu and they will call me back to get the iphone4. Pkl 12.09pm - dapat nombor nih. tunggu lagi 4 org before dipanggil.


4. Around 12.30pm dapatlah iphone4 ditanganku. Best giler. Time ni kat escalator nak gi machines.

5. Terus serbu ke machines klcc utk carik bumper since ada antenna issue. tapi bumper dah abis, so saya pun belilah cover untuk menyelesaikan masalah antenna itu. janji tempat antenna tu dah dicover, problem settle. Kat sini, tak de jual pun iphone4, tapi ipad boleh didapati di sini.
6. Lepas balik rumah, terus check secara details dan ambil beberapa picture lagi. Iphone4 tersedia dgn service card.

iphone 3gs/ iphone4 yang dibeli melalui plan hotlink (tanpa kontrak dengan maxis) akan dapat 500mb free data plan selama setahun. Plan 500mb ini bersamaan dengan rm68 jika anda langgan melalui plan hotlink.

free = 500mb sebulan x 12 bulan.
bersamaan rm68x12= rm816!

1. first skali pegi *100#

2.Easy Menu akan muncul. Kemudian anda perlu reply 7 (Internet and Settings). Balance main account pun ada. Kredit saya pada waktu ini berjumlah rm3.43. Kene top up nih.


3. Dalam Internet and Settings, pergi ke 1 (Mobile Internet)

4. Dalam Mobile Internet, reply 8 (Check Status)

5.Done!. Keluarlah result, kat sini saya baru gunakan 0.48mb daripada 500mb yg diberi. Kerana data plan baru saja di-renew semalam.
